Steven is founder and CEO of Roots, Yorkshire's queer international touring theatre company, staging ambitious collaborations between communities and LGBTQIA artists.

His work there includes UK and international tours of Tabby Lamb's award-winning play HAPPY MEAL, and Tadcaster's Theatre Queers, and Queer Spaces.
